Apparently they have failed the 5th percentile female category, for those not wearing their seat belt. You might be thinking that is stupid but apparently new Hampshire doesn't have seat belt regulations for adults. Regardless, if you are 5 feet tall and weight approximately 110 pounds and drive a BMW i3 AND do not wear your seatbelt, perhaps you should call your local BMW dealership and see what is going on.
